NCDEX Guar Seed and Guar Gum Outlook

NCDEX Guar efforts to stop the continuous speculation. After increasing 10% margin in Guar, NCDEX has increased special margin on Gwar seed and Guar Gum to 20%, which will be now total 72% margin on this commodity.
The initial margin will be 11.25% in February futures. The exposure margin will be 1% and 60% cash margin. The new margins will be implemented from Wednesday. NCDEX had decided to take 10% special margin on long positions in Guar since Friday, but it is applied from Monday.

NCDEX Guar Seed and Guar Gum News

To prevent speculation in Guar the FMC has taken extreme step. FMC has reduced the brokers position limit of the clients in Guar Gum and Guar Seed. The new limit will apply from 21st January.
In Guar seed brokers client position limit has decreased about 20%. Whereas, the position limit for guar gum 40%. However, the client's position limit in Guar Gum has not changed.
